Losing It all (The weight that is)
Hi everyone I am starting a weight loss regiment and I need your help!!!! Losing It all Foods to Eat
I have recently looked up foods that I promote weight loss.  I found out that some of the foods such as vegetables and fruits help in losing weight.  Also I was surprised to find out that a variety of spices also help you lose weight.  Among the categories on this list of foods that helps promote weight loss were complex carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits, high protein source foods, animal sources, seafood, nuts, "good" fat sources, and spices.

Some of the Complex Carbohydrates include: oatmeal, brown rice, grits, oats, corn,
Some of the Vegetable include: Actually most of the vegetables promote weight loss
Some of the Fruits include:  Most of the fruit help promote weight loss
Some of the High protein food include:  protein bars
Some of the animal sources include:  Turkey, eggs,egg whites, egg beaters
Some sources of seafood include: Tuna, sardines, crab, shrimp, frog legs
Some of the nuts include: pecan, walnuts, unsalted cashews, unsalted peanuts
Some of the "good fats" include: Omega 3's , Omega 6's
Some of the spices include: Chili peppers, chili powders, cinnamon, ginger,
