Breakout Kings Was A Hit For Me!!!
I have been anticipating the show Breakout Kings ever since I saw the trailer for it. The trailer for show wet my television palette and I've been waiting to see it. I was extremely satisfied with what I saw. The show opened up with Charlie Duchamp, who is played by the actor from the fast & furious Laz Alonso, picking up Ray Zancanelli, played by Domenick Lombardozzi from a halfway house. Then the next scene went to the assembly of the team, which I found very interesting and exciting. Erica Reed, who is played by Serinda Swan, is introduced as a con from 1998- present and we see this clearly as she has love struck guard almost at the brink of crying in my opinion because she is being transfered to another prison to work with cops to catch escaped convicts. Then we move on to "shea", who is played by Malcolm Goodwin and he is described as an "entrepreneur" and by the scene of him making deal I could tell that his character was always thinking of ways to make money. I found Shea a particularly interesting character that has many surprises to come and various layers of his personality that will reveal themselves throughout the running of the show. Last, but not least of the convicts is Lloyd Lowery who is introduced as a prodigy, tenured professor, and behaviorist. So why is Lloyd Lowery in prison? We find out that he is problem gambler. I love the way Lloyd Lowery has a problem keeping his mouth and his thoughts to himself especially when their quite offensive. I can't wait to see how shae's and Lowery's relationship dynamic unravels. The last of the team is the researcher/secretary, I really don't know what to quite call as of yet. She is Julianne Simms and is played by Brooke Nevin. Overall I found this show to be appealing, interesting, attention keeping, and cannot wait for next Sunday to come so I can see the next episode.
